4. Precautions for Operation
When performing installation, replacement, flushing, or any related wor, please observe the following precautions:
- Operation of the handle and drain components must always be performed by hand
- Use of tools or excessive force may cause damage to the product
- Avoid excessive tightening or operations that are inconsistent with the product's structure
In particular, the drain port and cap components are structurally delicate. Please avoid the use of tools when operating these parts.
5. Product Usage
For daily use, the following practices are recommended:
- Operate the handle periodically by opening and closing it to prevent stiffening over time
- Perform periodic operation checks even during long periods of non-use
- Do not force operation if abnormal resistance is felt
Excessive force applied by tools significantly increases the risk of damage.
6. Maintenance Guidance
Tank Flushing
Flushing is a recommended maintenance practice to help reduce the buildup of minerals (such as calcium) in the water and to maintain product performance.

7. Replacement & Parts Compatibility
- Some sub-components and small parts cannot be replaced individually due to structural design
- In certain cases, older (discontinued) models may be replaced with newer models
- Depending on the piping configuration, length-adjustment components may be required

8. Troubleshooting Problems
In cases of malfunction or abnormal performance, please check the following:
- Which part is affected
- Whether tools or excessive force were applied
- Whether photos of the issue can be provided
